The Rationalist Society of Australia has published a quarterly journal, the Australian Rationalist, almost continuously since the 1920s, interrupted only by war, internecine strife and intermittent lack of funds. Since mid-2021, our journal has gone online in the form of our new flagship magazine, Rationale.

Since April 2013, we have also published a bulletin called RSA Daily, emailed to subscribers each weekday morning.  We scour the internet and select a small number of articles of interest to Rationalists and secular humanists, and add a short editorial to inform, entertain and challenge the reader.

And of recent years, the RSA has commissioned Occasional Papers on topics of significant public interest, authored by recognised subject matter experts. These can be purchased from us in hard copy, or electronic format.

We issue media releases, submit major submissions to government inquiries and have articles published in the media.
